Craft vendor applications for 2026 are now available.  Do not delay.  All vendor spaces for 2025 were sold out.

Please read the Vendor Guidelines below and the Rules for Vendors Form before submitting your application.  We hope you can  participate in this year's festival. We look forward to seeing you!

Print out and complete the appropriate application and Rules for Vendor form according to your needs and send with all required fees to:

GENERAL GUIDELINES
  • All new items for sale must be submitted for approval prior to the festival. Sale of any items not approved is prohibited.
  • Space is allocated on a FIRST COME / FIRST SERVE basis.
  • All vendors must sign and return the Rules for Vendors form.
  • Rental fees are for Friday and Saturday; One day rentals are not available.
  • INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL VENDORS SELLING FOOD.

CRAFT VENDOR GUIDELINES
  • Craft items for sale must be handmade.
  • Space is on a “front footage” basis (minimum 6 feet per vendor).
  • INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL VENDORS SELLING FOOD.  People selling food prepared off-site are considered to be a craft vendor.
  • Indoor or Outdoor space is available for crafts. See  IndoorCraft or OutdoorCraft application for specific information and requirements.
FOOD CONCESSION GUIDELINES
  • Food vendors selling food prepared on-site must call for space availability. 
  • We will continue to minimize duplication of food offered at the festival.
  • ​Food vendors must provide their own insurance.
  • No applications will be accepted on the days of the festival.
  • Only Outdoor space is available for food concessions preparing food on site.
